How long does it take to get a custom hat made?

Each hat and design depends on the needs of the customer, but most hats can be done in around 45-60 minutes.

How do you shape the hats? How can I customize my own?

We have a lot of options to help you make a hat as unique as you are. First we use our hat steamer to make the hard hats more pliable. The steam helps us make custom crowns and brim shapes, once they come back to room temperature, the new shape is set.

We also have brim cutters that can shorten the length of the brim to your preference. This is a unique way to change the look of any hat.

The final thing you can do to customize your hat is add a new hat band, a feather (or 4) and add branding (your initials, a date, etc) to it.

Do you do your own set up and tear down for events?

Yes! We have our own retail display, steamer, tables and racks so we can take this show on the road just about anywhere. It takes us around an hour to set up and an additional hour for tear down.

Do you ship your hats? How can I travel with my new hat?

Yes, we can and do ship custom hats around the country! DM or e-mail me if you're interested in ordering a custom hat.

We also sell hat cans so you can travel easily with your new hat(s). Each can fits up to 3 hats, has a handle and has a hard shell so your hats cannot get destroyed.
